Services include courses on profit margin optimization, consumer trend analysis, and international advertising budget management.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during the course enrollment process. FentyBeauty guarantees data confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Course content is protected by copyright and may not be redistributed without the written consent of FentyBeauty.
FentyBeauty assumes no liability for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the application of recommendations provided within the courses. All materials are provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding commercial results. FentyBeauty's total liability is limited to the value of the participation fee paid for the respective course.
Participation fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. Refunds are only possible in the event of course cancellation by FentyBeauty, with 7 days prior notice. No refunds are granted for non-attendance or voluntary withdrawal after the course has started.
FentyBeauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to services in the event of a breach of terms, including the provision of false information or abusive use of materials. The user may request termination of the contractual relationship at any time, without the right to a refund.
FentyBeauty may unilaterally modify these terms, with 30 days prior notice via email or on the website. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
